Peanut Butter Protein Shake On The Go

“I like to add PB to pretty much every shake I make, it just always makes anything yummier. I wanted to try Crazy Richard’s for lots of reasons, but mainly I loved the story of the company. It is truly a family business. You can read the full story here and pretty much I bet you’ll fall in love like I did.

It should probably go without saying but just in case, Crazy Richard’s peanut butter is JUST PEANUTS. No salt, sugar, additives, etc. I also LOVE that they have options like powdered peanut butter, crunchy, and they even have 2 energy blends called PB Burst and PB Plus (that’s what I used in these photos), so you can have a little extra energy (all natural too) when you need it. They have so many options too, like the jars OR individual packets. I keep the packets in my purse to eat with apples or carrots when I get the munches while out and about.

Also you’ve got to go watch this video on their Insta. They’ve started a program called The Healthy Kids Happy Future Project. They are dedicating 10% of their profits to causes that support children’s health! I know you didn’t need another reason to love them but too bad I just gave you one.

Now, enough about how amazing they are, here is what I used for my protein shake!

Crazy Richard’s PB Plus c/o (obviously…)
Almond Milk
Unicity Complete Vanilla
Ice
…that’s it.

If I were home, I would blend this with the ice to make it an actual shake. Regardless, it’s delicious! A protein shake is my favorite breakfast lately because I don’t have to think about it, just mix and move on with my life. It also keeps me full until at least 1pm if I drink it around 9-10am. If you work out a lot you should definitely be drinking or eating protein after your workout. It gives your body the tools it needs to build up muscle, so these little packets are great to keep in your gym bag so you don’t forget. Better maximize that work you did at the gym right?!”
