
Carrot Chia Seed Yogurt & Fruit ParfaitMix the following in a mason jar overnight:
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (Salba Chia Seeds used here)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Silk used here)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein (Kachava Tribe used here)
- 1/2 carrot pack Livenomva
In the AM, layer with the following:
- Vanilla Yogurt (Siggi’s Dairy used here)
- Fresh sliced banana
- Fresh sliced strawberry
- Crazy Richard’s Creamy Peanut Butter
- Protein Bar (PerfectBar used here)
