
- Season a piece of wild salmon with a drizzle of reduced-sodium tamari + a few shakes of each of the following:
- powdered garlic
- ginger
- a pinch of sea salt
- a spritz of avocado oil spray
- Broil about 8-9 minutes
- Make Thai Peanut Sauce by mixing the following:
- 1 Tbsp Crazy Richard’s Creamy Peanut Butter
- juice of 1/2 of a lime
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium tamari
- a few drops of sriracha
- garlic powder
- ginger powder
- a little bit of water
- Mix Sauce until smooth
- Plate Salmon and top with:
- Thai Peanut Sauce
- cilantro
- crushed peanuts
- Serve with broiled broccoli, bell peppers and carrots
